The deadline for accepting preliminary documents and commercial proposals for the “Open Tender” on the topic “Overhead crane Q= 20 Ton, L= 30 m, H=12 m, M8 and Gantry crane Q= 20 Ton, L= 30 m, H=12 m, M8”, announced on July 5, 2024 on the official website of Baku Steel Company CJSC, has been extended until 18:00 on August 19, 2024.

The subject of the tender: Overhead crane Q= 20 Ton, L= 30 m, H=12 m, M8 and Gantry crane Q= 20 Ton, L= 30 m, H=12 m, M8

The participation fee in the tender is 500 (five hundred) manats.

Suppliers, who wish to participate the tender should send a request to the relevant e-mail address of the "Baku Steel Company" CJSC (tender@bakusteel.com) or apply in writing by sending an "Application of intent" by post to the company’s postal address (Narimanov district, Mir-Jalal St. 15 (Darnagul), AZ1029, Baku, Azerbaijan).

Tender participants should send the below-mentioned preliminary documents in PDF, as well as the filled "Commercial proposal" (full technical requirements, project, evaluation criteria and additional requirements) in Excel format to tender@bakusteel.com by 18:00 (Baku time) on August 19, 2024.

 

Preliminary documents:

1.     Written request (application) to participate in the tender; (by e-mail or by post)

2.     Certificate from the relevant tax authority about the absence of overdue obligations regarding taxes and other mandatory payments in the country of residence;

3.     A copy of the financial report approved by the tax authorities about the activities of the claimant in the last year (if the claimant has been operating for less than a year, a copy of the financial report about the specified activities approved by the tax authorities);

4.     Bank statement about the applicant's financial situation in the last year (if it has been active for a shorter period of time, during the entire period of his activity);

5.     Claimant's full name, legal status, charter, country of registration and bank details (copies);

6.     If the company has its activity in Azerbaijan Republic, a document (certificate) confirming the tax residency of those persons for the purpose of determining the tax residency of the claimant, who is considered a non-resident, if the claimant is a non-resident;

7.     A completed, signed and sealed copy of the PQQ form in the appendix; (mandatory).

The pre-qualified suppliers can obtain the set of "Open tender" conditions (full technical requirements, project, evaluation criteria and additional requirements) from the official appointed by the Company who will exchange information after submitting the documents mentioned above.

Instructions for submitting a proposal will be provided in the set of terms and conditions. Bids submitted after the specified time will be excluded from the tender.
